Here are some frequently asked questions about our online shops

How long will it take to receive my item?
Products are usually shipped within 3 working days and should be recieved within 7 working days 
How will my item (s) be packaged?
Your item will be packaged in a plastic sealable bag. Fragile items will be packaged in a box. We try to use reuseable packaging wherever we can to reduce waste.
How much is postage?
Postage will vary depending on the weight of your package. We offer free collection from our shops or The Craven, 7 Broad Lane, Rochdale OL16 4PG.
 
How many of each item can I order?
You can order as many items as you like. If items are running on low they will be removed from the website but may still be available in our shops.
What if I want a return on my item?
Please get in touch with our Fundraising Team on 01706 641790 (Opt 1) to explain why you would like a return.
What if my order is damaged?
Please notify the Fundraising Team on 01706 641790 (Option 1) and we will send you a replacement if your item in damaged.
What if there is an error with my order?
If you come across any issues when placing your order then please contact the Fundraising Team on 01706 641790 (Opt 1)

Where can I donate items?
Items can be donated at any of our local shops. Click here to find for your nearest shop. Furniture items can be donated at The Emporium and we offer a free furniture collection service via Boxmove.
What are your shop opening days and times?
Our shops have varyung opening times and days, which you can check here
How do I sign up for Gift Aid?
You can sign up for Gift Aid in person at any of our shops either when you donate or before hand.

If you sign up, we will be able to claim the tax back on the value of all items you have donated once they have sold at no cost to you.
Can I volunteer in your shops?
Our shops love volunteers and you can volunteer by popping into your local shops and talking to the manager, or sign up here

At Springhill Hospice, we have multiple online selling sites! You can browse our donated items, which are added regularly, or Springhill Hospice products:
How do I donate an item to ecommerce?
Items you wish to donate to ecommerce can be donated to The Emporium. Alternatively, any of our retail shops can take ecommerce donations. Just let the staff member know that it is an item to be sent to ecommerce for sale.
Where is the ecommerce office based/where can I collect my items from an online sale?
Our ecommerce office is based in our Emporium shop. All items purchased through one of our online selling sites can be picked up at
Jacksons Corner, Milnrow Road, Rochdale, OL16 1UD
