Our current shipping method is via Royal Mail.

Whilst you should normally receive your order within 3-5 working days, please do allow up to 14 days. Our working days are Monday to Friday.  We are closed on bank holidays.

Whilst our website is designed with UK customers in mind, we welcome enquiries from customers outside the UK. Prices may vary due to additional delivery charges. If you require shipping to outside the UK please contact the Fundraising Office on 01706 641790 (Opt 1) before completing your order.

We have to charge postage for orders to ensure that we keep our overheads as low as possible. This ensures that we can put as much money as possible towards helping care for people living with a life-limiting illness and their families.

Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer).

If for any reason you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) to us within 14 days. Items must be unused and returned, with original packaging intact, and received in a resalable condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at fundraising@springhill.org.uk or call 01706 641790 (Opt 1).  You must contact us before returning an item.

If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return costs.  If the item has been damaged or you have received the wrong item, we will arrange for the item to be collected or provide a pre-paid postage label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
