Wellbeing Hubs

Our services are available in your community, enabling even more people to access the help they need.

Springhill Hospice is now delivering sessions across the Borough at participating venues, meaning it’s easier than ever to access our services.

If you or someone you love has been diagnosed and you’re looking for advice about what the future might hold, you need help to manage your condition or simply want to meet new people and get involved in an activity designed to raise your spirits – we can help.

We welcome people living anywhere in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale who are affected by any life-limiting illness, for example cancer, heart failure, COPD and Motor Neurone Disease.

You’ll discover ways to cope with an illness, meet new people and learn strategies to help manage your symptoms so you can improve your quality of life.

Our Wellbeing Hubs are managed by our Wellbeing and Supportive Care Team. To see what other services they offer, please click here.

Individuals do not have to book to attend these sessions or be a patient of Springhill Hospice.

To discover what sessions are available, please take a look at our Wellbeing Hubs flyer.
