We accept referrals from all areas of Rochdale, Heywood, Middleton and surrounding districts. Referrals are usually made via your Consultant, GP or District Nurse but we also accept self referrals.
If there is no one available when you ring, please leave your name and telephone number where we can contact you. We are usually unable to admit at the weekend but the nursing staff at the Hospice will offer advice and support where needed.
We work very closely with other professionals throughout the area to maintain an efficient and effective service for the Community.
We have regular independent inspections carried out by The Care Quality Commission. Their reports can be seen either by requesting a copy from any staff member or by accessing their website at www.cqc.org.uk
