At the beginning of December 2022, Tony was taken poorly with sepsis he fought for seven long weeks before unfortunately the sepsis was too strong, and sadly had to receive end of life care. We only managed a short time with him at home but as a family we are forever grateful for this time, he passed away peacefully with us all with him on the 21st of January 2023.
Springhill Hospice provides support to people living with life limiting illnesses and their families Springhill believe that everyone should have access to the best care at the end of their lives. To help achieve this Springhill's expert team work night and day in peoples homes and at the Hospice to offer specialist care, they also support people emotionally and provide practical information and help them retain their independence and dignity.
Springhill Hospice provided all this for Tony and therefore we want to try and raise as much as we can to help.
