We have set up Volunteering Development Group to support our ambition to recruit new volunteers, and to ensure that we are providing the best experience for our existing volunteers whether this be focusing on developing the roles we can offer to volunteers, providing training and development, looking at the social opportunities or ways we can reward and say thank you to our volunteers amongst a whole host of other topics.
The group is made up of staff members from the Hospice but we would love to have volunteer representation on the group so that you can provide valuable input and feedback from your volunteer peers.
The group currently meet monthly, for around an hour. Meetings generally take place on the first Monday of the month at 10:30am at the Hospice.
