Light up a Life provides a chance for you to remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones, by dedicating a light on our beautiful Hospice tree. Hundreds of lights will shine brightly, each in memory of those you love, turning our garden into a haven of light and hope.
You can make a donation of your choice to dedicate your light in memory of your loved one. Each dedication will mean our patients and their loved ones will receive the care they need to make every moment count. You will receive a personalised card, displaying ythour loved one’s name, and a Light up a Life home pack including a dedication star which you can personalise with your own special memory.
All dedications will appear in our Book of Lights which will be displayed virtually on our website. You can even send a photograph of your loved one to feature in our Celebration Video (you can do this at checkout)
For 2024, you will have two opportunities to join in with our Light up a Life celebrations:
