Enhanced Communication Skills

A one day course for senior health and social care professionals 
9am - 4pm
This is a full day course, costing £180 plus resources.

This course will:
* Increase awareness of your own non-verbal communication skills and style 
* Increase confidence in responding to common communication challenges which might include

• Information gathering and giving with time constraints -
• Handling strong emotions (e.g. anger/ distress) - Shared decision making -
• Breaking bad news -
• Initiating and sustaining end of life conversations 
• Dealing with complaints 
• Working with colleagues
