Light up a Life 2020
Although we won’t be able to see each other in person this year, we’re really looking forward to welcoming you to our virtual Light up a Life service. Our 2020 service will be held virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort and safety of your own home. The virtual service will remain available throughout December so that you can view at a time that is convenient and meaningful to you. It is really simple to watch our Light up a Life service.
Click the play button below to view Springhill's Light up a Life virtual service. You can then select full screen view in the bottom right hand corner. Thank you for watching.
If you have any issues accessing the virtual service please contact Springhill Fundraising on 07494 745584.
Springhill Hospice’s Book of Lights
Due to current restrictions, we are unable to accept visitors into the Hospice. This means you will be unable to view the Book of Lights in our chapel; however, we have created an online Book of Lights which is available for you to view below.
Make your Light up a Light dedication
Light up a Life helps you celebrate the memories of your nearest and dearest by dedicating a light on Springhill’s Light up a Life tree, whilst your donation will help patients and families who need hospice care this Christmas.
In your Light up a Life home pack, you will receive an order of service, a personalised commemorative cards and stars to display in your home, and your very own tealight to light together during our service.
To protect you, our patients, staff and volunteers, we have had to change how our Light up a Life service will operate this year. Springhill understands the importance of you being able to reflect and remember, but we must also play our part in following Government guidelines in response to the pandemic.
There is no minimum donation for each dedication, all we ask is that you are as generous as possible, so you can keep helping “make every moment count” for patients and families of Springhill Hospice.
Please note that due to a high volume of post being processed by Royal Mail, a postal delay may occur with your Light up a Life home pack. All of our dedications cards are handwritten and we are doing our best to post your packs out as soon as possible to you. Thank you for your understanding.
