Sometimes donating your time, services or goods can be just as effective a method of supporting the Hospice as making a finacial donation is. We call this a Gift in Kind.
Gifts in Kind need to be treated like any other form of donation. Donations of goods and services are valid revenue. If we don’t account for in-kind gifts properly, we risk understating the revenue (and expenses) of Springhill Hospice, making us look smaller to donors, grant writers, banks and other organisations whose support we need.
it also helps Springhill reflect the true impact our charity creates in the community and helps us thank our supporters.
To be able to do so, we have created this short Gift in Kind form which our Team will fill out with you when you make a non-financial donation.
