Councillor Wardle and her daughters worked extremely hard throughout the mayoral year to raise these funds. I am now glad to see that their hard work has come to fruition. We are delighted to have been presented with such a fantastic amount of money, and will now work together with the ladies to decide how the money will be best spent.
“We are going to have a look around the premises and discuss what the money should be used for because I really want it to go to something that can be linked back to the ladies.”
