Mount Toubkal Trek
Reach the summit of North Africa’s highest peak.
11-15 June 2020
This 5-day trip takes you on a journey through the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco to the highest peak in Morocco and all of North Africa, the famous Mt Toubkal at 4,167m. You will trek through a rugged mountain landscape with superb views stretching as far away as the Sahara and end your trip with a chance to explore the fascinating city of Marrakech.This trip is graded challenging and you must be at a good level of fitness by departure to ensure you have the best chance of success and the greatest enjoyment.

Southern India Trek & Hospice Care Project
Explore the exotic state of Kerala and give something back.
8-18 October 2020
This trip starts with a trek in the beautiful Kannan Devan hills area of Kerala which will take you along a route through the highest tea estate in the world; Kolukkumalai. You will cross the foothills of the second highest peak in South India and trek through the rolling grassland and natural brooks of the Western Ghats. After the trek you will spend two days supporting a hospice care centre in Trivandrum.
Do Something Different...
You will spend two days assisting at a hospice care project in Trivandrum which provides assistance to children with cancer and their families, to enable high standards of treatment, care and support, and to ensure that no child suffers for want of treatment through lack of finance. Possible tasks include redecorating and painting, creating a garden and relaxation areas, or generally working to improve the environment for those who are supported by these facilities.

Springhill is proud to be the nominated charity for the Rochdale Half/10K/Fun Run which returns for its fifth year starting and finishing from Rochdale Town Hall. Last year Springhill supporters raised over £12,500 for hospice care.

Fast and friendly, the UK’s flattest major marathon with huge support on route and new for 2020 for the first time the route will head for the city centre. With 20,000 entrants in 2019 it is now the second largest marathon in the country. Put on your Springhill running vest for your first marathon or for your personal best.

Register now for this Springhill Hospice organised event. One of the toughest UK challenges to complete the 24 mile route, with 1585m of ascent, in under 12 hours. Fully supervised circular route with marshalled checkpoints. Training sessions available in April, June and July 2020
